Your cover letter and resume should describe how your skills are of interest to a small and highly focused group of scientists, and are applicable to the development and maintenance of a software suite for computational drug discovery. It is advisable to have some knowledge of the Chemical Computing Group's current products and the needs of our customers. For scientific support positions, you should have particularly good interpersonal skills and a strong background in both chemistry and software. For R&D positions, you should be prepared to demonstrate excellent software development skills as well as a high degree of relevant domain knowledge.
