CCG complies with all applicable laws and regulations for the prevention of adverse environmental impact and has a small carbon footprint based on internal estimates for FY2025 (right). Most carbon emissions are due to business travel and administrative services; there is no material natural resource sourcing and consequent waste generated.
Since FY2024, CCG has offset all of its carbon emissions (using airline flight offsets, Great Bear Forest Carbon Project, etc.) and expects to continue its Carbon Neutral operations. To further reduce carbon emissions, CCG is planning to increase use of Renewable Thermal Certificates and Sustainable Aviation Fuel and estimates that its emission reduction trajectory is consistent with a 2050 Net Zero target.
CCG offers a dynamic, collaborative and collegial work environment with many opportunities for learning and originality in the fields of Computer-Aided Molecular Design and Life Science Informatics. CCG has collaborative relationships with its customers allowing involvement with front-line research organizations. CCG's international workforce is made up primarily of salaried University educated scientific and technical professionals, more than 80% of whom have advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) who enjoy competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, as well as participation in bonus plans, flexible time and hybrid work arrangements.
CCG complies with all applicable laws and regulations for the protection of human or labor rights (including health and safety, working hours, pay equity, etc.) and the prevention of modern slavery, forced labor, human trafficking and child labor. Employees, officers and directors are treated fairly, based on individual accomplishment rather than characteristics such as race, gender, spiritual or religious beliefs, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity or family status (even if only one of several factors).
CCG complies with all applicable law and regulations for the protection of data and personal information, including those to related lawful acquisition, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy and storage limitation. Information received from another party during a business relationship is used solely for the furtherance of the business relationship. CCG has written confidentiality agreements with its employees to protect the confidential information of others. Data for machine learning models is ethically sourced.
CCG maintains appropriate administrative, technical, and physical measures, controls, tools, systems, policies, and procedures to protect against cyber security risks, attacks, data breaches, malware, loss of data and unauthorized access. CCG periodically reviews its third-party data processors to ensure data security and compliance with applicable law.
CCG does not engage in unethical, corrupt or dishonest behavior, or conflicts of interest, with its employees, customers and suppliers. CCG complies with all applicable law or regulations for the prevention of tax evasion, fraud, bribery and corruption, racketeering and money laundering, as well as all applicable law or regulations related to export control; CCG software is not subject to export controls. implements "Know Your Customer" procedures to reduce risk. CCG uses an internationally reputable firm for external tax preparation and financial audit.
